Cardi B finally dropped her album aaaaanndddd it’s a banger!! Her album has already been certified Gold in less than a week. I’ve been listening to it over and over! I’ll break the songs down into categories......

Club Anthems

She Bad ft. YG - This joint is going to be major in the strip clubs. Put this on ya twerk playlist cause you can’t help but dance to this one

Drip ft. Migos- This song is gonna have the club going craaazy. It’s a straight turn up song!

Brickenhead - This song is a sample of “Chickenhead” by Project Pat. It’s a bop! Catchy hook

Money Bag - The title tells you what you need to know lol. But this song is another one that will get you hype. 

Her other club anthems are singles: Bodak Yellow & Bartier Cardi ft. 21 Savage. Not familiar with these? They’re definitely songs you rock out to in the club. 

Feel Good Records

Best Life ft. Chance the Rapper - This song is all about being proud of your journey. It’ll make you think about just how far you’ve made it. Real good vibe!

I Like It ft. Bad Bunny & J. Balvin - This one has a Spansih feel. It samples the famous “I Like it Like that” by Pete Rodriguez. This one may take awhile to get use to, but it’s a fun, catchy song. 

Relationship Songs

Ring ft. Kehlani - This song is all about a dude who won’t pick up. Baelani kills the hook, so it’s a feel good joint for the ladies. So relatable. 

Thru Your Phone - This one is about what you find when you go through your man’s phone. Makes you wonder what your boo is doing in their spare time. 

Another relationship so is “Be Careful”. I usually skip this song, I’m just not feeling it. But it’s a song about karma and doing a female wrong in a relationship. I think this single is supposed to be a cross over song to reach audiences outside of urban radio. 

Stuntin Tracks

I Do ft. SZA - This joint about stunting about dudes and broads! Female anthem about doing exactly what you want

Get Up 10 - I love Cardi’s vibe on this one. It’s about her rags to riches story. She talks about her journey and it’s a joint worth listening to.

Overall, I’d have to give this album a 10. Minus one song, I’ve been listening to this straight through. I know Cardi just announced her pregnancy and Congratulations to her.
